This Return Policy applies to lifestyle consultation products purchased from Organjoint through organjoint.world or direct booking channels. Because our offerings are time-based services, refunds and rescheduling follow the rules below rather than physical product return procedures.

2. Cancellation Before First Session

If you cancel at least seventy-two hours before your first scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund of fees paid for that product. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to office@organjoint.world with your full name, purchase date, and booking reference. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within ten business days after approval.

3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a session without penalty once per product tier if notice is provided at least forty-eight hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a $35 administrative fee. Late cancellations within forty-eight hours forfeit that session credit except in documented emergencies such as severe weather or medical necessity, reviewed case by case.

4. Foundation Nutrition Assessment

After the assessment is delivered, refunds are not available because materials and consultant time are allocated. If we cancel your appointment, you may choose a full refund or priority rebooking at no extra charge.

5. Four-Week and Seasonal Packages

For the Four-Week Balance Blueprint, if you cancel after the first session but before the second, you may receive a partial refund of fifty percent of the package price. No refund is available after the second session begins. For the Seasonal Wellness Partnership, partial refunds may be considered within the first fourteen days and before the third session; the refundable amount equals the package price minus $175 per completed week of services. No refund is available after the third session of the seasonal program.

6. Unused Sessions and Expiration

Package sessions must be used within six months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unused sessions after expiration are non-refundable but may be extended once for thirty days upon request before expiration.

7. Digital Materials

Meal frameworks, grocery lists, and digital guides provided as part of your product are licensed for personal use. Because they can be copied upon delivery, refunds are not granted solely due to access to downloadable content once sent.

8. Dissatisfaction and Quality Concerns

If you believe a session did not meet the described scope of your consultation product, contact us within seven days with specific feedback. We will offer a complimentary follow-up call or credit toward a future session when appropriate. This remedy does not limit rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns promptly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension from future bookings.
