Our services focus on meal planning, habit support, and mindful eating guidance. They are not a substitute for individualized professional care where regulation requires licensed providers. Clients remain responsible for their own health decisions and should seek appropriate specialists when needed.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to purchase consultation products. By booking, you confirm that information you provide is accurate and that you will participate in sessions in good faith.

3. Bookings and Payment

All prices are listed in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is due according to instructions provided at booking confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings for incomplete payment, scheduling conflicts, or conduct that disrupts staff or other clients. Confirmed sessions are subject to the Return Policy regarding rescheduling and refunds.

4. Session Conduct

Clients agree to attend sessions on time, communicate respectfully, and refrain from recording consultations without prior written consent. We may terminate services without refund if harassment, discrimination, or misuse of confidential materials occurs.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on organjoint.world, including text, layouts, meal frameworks, worksheets, logos, and branding for Organjoint, is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use materials delivered as part of your purchased product for your own household or individual use. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of proprietary materials is prohibited without written permission.

6. Website Use

You may not attempt unauthorized access to our systems, introduce malware, scrape content at scale, impersonate Organjoint, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access for violations and cooperate with authorities when required.
